A combination of years of music training, communications roles and business management led me to the role of Executive Director of SOUNZ Centre for New Zealand Music in 2010. It was through this role that I came to truly understand the value of creating an effective and inspirational plan – working out a strategy, turning it into action and keeping it alive.

I have held roles in the arts, education and local government, have owned a successful commercial business and now work as a consultant.  

My career has been motivated by curiosity and independence and the drive to deliver results.
